Ben “Smooth” Henderson

Hello, today I am going to talk about a very tough fighter. His name is Ben “Smooth” Henderson. He has a mixed martial arts record of 12 wins and only 2 losses. He has good wrestling, good submissions, and loves to ground and pound. Takedowns, and submissions are his main techniques. 8 of Ben’s wins have been by submission, and 2 from knockout. His last fight was lost against Anthony Pettis. That was his first loss since March 2007. Ben Henderson has fought mostly in the WEC. He is a former WEC lightweight champion. \

He started fighting in 2006. Ben is one of the toughest guys ever. His next fight is against Mark Bocek. I train in the sport MMA. I am going to probably go to kickboxing classes too. I will need kids mma gloves. I already have all those, so I am ready to start going to classes.

My Childhood Days With My Favorite Cycle

For my fourth birthday, my aunt presented me a little bicycle. It had two extra wheels on both the sides to support me and prevent me from falling. I used to ride on the cycle with those supportive wheels. But one day my dad said that I would not learn to ride the cycle properly, if the wheels are not removed. Saying this he removed those extra wheels. Then I was very much afraid to sit on it. It was swaying as if it would fall down. But my friends who had already learned to ride a cycle would not leave me till I learned to ride. Somehow they taught me to ride it. Slowly I got rid of my fear. When I was seven, I had grown up big to ride that small cycle. My sisters cycle which was in the attic till then was taken and was dusted and repainted and was given to me. That cycle had pushback seat and carrier at the back to carry my bags. I was very proud to ride on a bigger cycle that my friends looked upon me as though I was a hero. This new cycle had become my intimate friend.

Nowadays, I sell electric bikes from my small shop – I guess this is the legacy of my childhood memories.
