My son has decided to take up tactical gymnastics and I am both amazed and amused and all the moves he’s doing on the mat. I guess it provides a real workout for individuals because my son has developed a six pack on his abs. I mean he wasn’t really a big person in the first place, but now he’s really well defined, thanks to this type of workout. I was thinking about trying it too and he said that I could do it with him if I wanted to. I don’t know though. I’m a bit scared that my breasts will get in the way of things, but it still looks doable, so I will try it one of these days. I just know that it would help me out a lot with my abdominals. I am always looking for a good ab workout anyway! I will probably have my son teach me a few moves at home first!

I discovered this workout while I was travelling and I immediately bought it because there was no gym nearby and I was dying to get back to my workouts. I never expected to get too attached to this one but how can I not when the Insanity results are so amazing! This one works for me because it does not too much space. I can do the routines right at my hotel room and it feels great because it has the most intense workouts I have ever experienced.

This one has 10 workouts—all of them fun and exciting to do. The Ten Minute Trainer reviews I found online really made me decide to get this one. This is an effective workout and what sets it apart is that it can be completed in only 10 minutes. This fun program is easy to follow and can be done every day. This is the only workout that had made me lose all the excess pounds I had so wanted to remove since last year. Being a couch potato really destroyed my body shape and with the help of this DVD program, I have gotten into shape super fast.

This is highly recommended. If you hate going to the gym just to get fit, same here. This is the only one that worked for me. I no longer feel self-conscious when working out because I can do my routines at home.
